The National Museum Journal (ISSN 0350-7262, eISSN 3042-0490) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal of the National Museum in Čačak, established in 1969. Its multi-decade continuity in publication and the scientific quality of the published works place it among the oldest and most relevant museum periodicals in Serbia.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and professional contributions in the fields of history, archaeology, art history, ethnology and anthropology, museology, and cultural heritage protection. Research is primarily focused on the area of Čačak, the Moravica District, Western Serbia, and Western Pomoravlje, but it is also considered in broader regional and European scientific contexts.

The journal is published annually and is edited in accordance with international standards for scientific publishing. By the decision of the Main Board for History, Archaeology, Ethnology, and Art History at the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, the journal is categorized as a prominent national journal (M52).
